In connection to our article published earlier today, we obtained further information in connection to the captioned matter: it appears that, unfortunately, the plan for simplifying the registration of enterprises will apply, if approved, to Chinese owned companies only.

Mainly, while currently, during the incorporation procedure, a Chinese investor shall first pay the registered capital to the accounts designated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, then obtain from such authority the Business License, and finally such registered capital will be returned to the company’s account, with the approval of the plan, an investor of a Chinese – owned company, as it currently happens for foreign invested enterprises, will pay the registered capital only after the issuance of the Business License.
