Roberto Salvi is an Italian legal consultant living and working for 19 years in China. He is an expert of Corporate Law, Labor Law and Contract Law, serving corporates and startups, with footprints in China, Italy, the US and the UK.

He specializes in international negotiation, cross-border transaction, entity registration and legal counseling for clients in emerging industries, including AI, smart city, automotive and internet.

Previously working for Chiomenti, he holds a Master degree in Law from Genoa University and actively guest lectures in multiple Italian and Chinese universities.
